The Group’s partners are interested both in training staff and improving the qualification of employees in Service and Technical Centers.BERG Group Training and Technical Center conducts seminars and trainings.
Their agenda includes:

Maintenance and repair of A/C systems.
Technical lectures and training by products of BERG’s suppliers.
Workshop has 3 pits: 2 of them are equipped for repair and maintenance of passenger vehicles and one for trucks.

They analyze development trends of the world market, make decisions about the assortment range, plan advertising and information activities. The Group participates in many promo actions of its suppliers and conducts own marketing activities.
